How it works

The purchase of any of our services constitutes a contractual agreement and implies your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

Please make sure that you have carefully read and understood these terms and conditions before making your reservation with Luxor sailing Boat

Deposit:

To secure your dates, we require a non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night reservation for your party. Once paid your booking will be confirmed and you will benefit from our PRICE & AVAILABILITY GUARANTE.  and he Nile Cruise price must be paid at the final payment due date. Otherwise the client can make a deposit and benefit from or PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT MADE for Early Booking.

Interim Payment:

50 % of the remaining balance will be due 5 weeks before the date of your cruise.

For reservations placed within 5 weeks or less prior to tour date a 50% deposit will be payable to secure the dates. This will also benefit you from our PRICE & AVAILABILITY GUARANTE.

Final Payment:

Final payment of 100% of the remaining balance must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival date to finalise your arrangements.

Final Payment:

In some cases it may be organised that any remaining payment is to be paid upon arrival. If this is the case the balance can be settled upon boarding the Dahabiya in the currency agreed on the initial invoice. case if there is any Remaining Payment which should be paid upon arrival, The Client agree to make this Payment or it will be cancelled automatically and any deposit will be considered as NON REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation charge:

The Cancellation charge may be applicable on the following bases:

60 days to 46 before arrival 20% of total price.

45 days to 31 before arrival 25% of total price.

30 days to 16 before arrival 50% of total price.

15 days to arrival day 100% of total price.

In case of NO SHOW a 100% of total price.

For Peak Periods Christmas & New Year & Easter:

90 days to 61 before arrival 25% of total price.

60 days to 31 before arrival 50% of total price.

30 days to arrival day 100% of total price.

Please Note:

In some rare cases a NON REFUNDABLE PART OR FULL PAYMENT is required in order to guarantee the space for some of our  bookings. If this is the case, the NON REFUNDABLE PART OR FULL PAYMENT is applied regardless the cancelation date or booking Date.

Example:

A client made a booking on May 1st for a cruise that start on October 1st.

The cruise required a 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

The Client cancelled his booking on June 1st (4 Months before the Cruise Date).

The 50% Cancelation Fees will be applied regardless the booking date, cancelation date or the cruise date.
